Are Glass Shards lethal?

While playing the lovely new challenge (I think you're much faster when you're drunk...) I spent a great deal of time getting away, finding asafe place, then making a huge treck to the medical place (cortmans?) and all the while wondering: can I just survive with the glass in my groin? When I made it there, I didn't find any tweesers. I'm not familiar with Muldraugh so I didn't know where else to go. Eventually while looting nearby houses they just got me, but I had been able to keep my health at a stable halfway while keeping up with the bandages and eating did bring up my health. So would I be able to live with glass in me? If I just kept up with the bandages and such?

^It's not so much that I have problems finding tweesers, it's just the challenge itself it's very very hard to find them. Very hard. So I just wasn't sure if it was necessary.

I don't believe yer wound will heal with glass shards in it. Will probably go through a lot of bandages. Only had glass shards inbedded once (in the hand, not lucky like you and in the groin, ouch, imagine walking) and my wound wouldn't heal or stop bleeding until I got those shards out. Might be prudent to find some tweezers hehe. Good luck!

Yes it's neccessary to remove the glass shards. Otherwise yourwound will get infected (regular infected not zombie infected) and you will die.

are glass shards lethal? well when it gets lodged in your groin it doesnt matter if its lethal or not... get it out, quick.
