PS3 PowerA OPP Wireless Controller Mapping for PC on PZ

I have almost completely configured the mapping for this type of wireless PS3 controller. Thought some of the buttons from the controller seem to be doing 2 things at once, and I cannot figure out why the text file isn't giving me the options for all the buttons being used. Here is what I've come up with so far to work the best.

Select looks farther down the screen and currently can't find the bind to shout. Still fiddling with it. This has literally become a guess and check because the mapping of the controller outside the game does not send the correct signals in game for the fact that since the game is set up for an XBOX360 Controller and the numbers start with 0. The PS3 starts mapping the buttons at 1. Adding the +1 to the control scheme does not work as well as you thing it might. Also, had L3 and R3 doing things at one point, but as i fiddled with it more, they seemed to stop doing anything. As I said, this seems to be the easiest way for the mapping to be convenient.
