Thanks for Stendo's Firearms Emporium

I just want to say thanks to the Zomboid crew for the kind gesture of including the memorial for Stendo's. People on the internet sometimes forget that we are all part of a community, so it's nice to see that and be reminded of our humanity in all of this.

Heartily agree with the OP. Its a very kind gesture and while its only a small thing im sure it must be comforting for his family to know that his online community is honouring him.

Honestly didnt know the guy (although used and appreciated his mods) but you can be sure he will be remembered when anyone does this. Every time a player gets "loaded for bear" at the Stendo's Firearms Emporium they will (in some small way) be honouring his passing.

Bah, Humbug! His emporium trashed my base! Sheltered at twiggys, suddenly the earth shifted, old buildings and new ones merged , it was the rapture! Swallowed my survivor whole!
Nah, it´s really nice to see this, made a new save and moved back to Twiggys :)
And finally Twiggys has a better connection to roads. A Real nice plus

Apparently Stendo had a penchant for firearms IRL and had a fatal accident back in February. His family launched a GoFundMe to cover funeral costs, though I think they've since reached their goal.
