Large wooden watering trough
I am having an issue with watering troughs for my chickens and sheep with the latest patch. When I first logged in, only half of the water was showing on the right side. Upon investigating it displayed the watering troughs were empty. Tried filling the troughs with a bucket with water collected from a rain collector. When trying to pour water into the trough the bucket wouldn't empty all the way. it went from 10L to 9L in the bucket. The watering trough stayed at empty. Tried emptying the bucket and the trough again. But, made no progress. Any ideas. Do I need to build new troughs?

I should clarify that I am not using any mods. So, it is not the Common Sense mod issue others have reported.

Same here. The troughs only hold very little water after the patch, that's why your bucket wasn't emptied. I simply removed the troughs and built new ones. They now get completely filled with water. I also got an error when inspecting a hutch, so I rebuilt that too. Things break after a patch.

I can also confirm that you just need to build a new trough. My small trough was only holding 50 mL of water. Picking it up and placing it back down did nothing, but building a new one gave a capacity of (I believe) 5 L.
On my game, checking the animal zones, it is not registering the existence of any of my troughs. 0 Food, 0 Water. Despite having one of each
You need to rebuild the troughs. The patch somehow changed existing troughs' capacity.
