Remove debug text/options

Is there a way to disable "Item Report:" or "Tile Report"?
The only options I saw involved having to edit game files, is there an easier way to disable this?

maybe a mod if you look.

I think those are just for the life of unstable though, and at stable release it will be removed.
easy way to report broken stuff while we are in beta.
