Can i play Build 42 with friends? and is it worth playing it right now on the unstable branch?
will i encounter game breaking bugs? or will our world be wiped when a new version comes out?

any help appreciated.

You can play split screen coop, but controller support is nonexistent atm. Whoever holds the controller can only be the fighter.

Nope. MP isn't available yet. Considering the amount of issues still existing in the current unstable, you'll probably have to wait until next year.
