Best mods for car customization?

So the favourite part of the game for me is hoarding vehicles, fixing them up and pimping them out. I have all the autotsar tuning mods installed, but I know that there are other mods that let you do cool tuning. I know some KI5 cars have a couple customizable parts but I'm really only looking for mods with *a lot* of customization. Which mods could you guys recommend to someone like me?

If you mean adding bullbars, window protections, and whatnot, Autotsar is the only one right now.

But there's a mod called "vehicle repair overhaul" or something like that, that allows you to fix/create parts you usually can't like mufflers and tires.
