i pass that area earlier. and yeah the Park when its overgrown there is no vision from the square into it.
At all.
Walling around the fountain and cutting the choke points with metal gates. Strip the houses dry make them unlivable. Looks a good area decent amount of zombie heat in the area aswell.

well over at Alberts u can probably get away trailing a wood floor for a Gazebo without carp 7 from one of the house windows. The other park is too big.
In that one you will step out on your front lawn and they'll be a dude with a sniper rifle waiting for u other side of the park. The closer proximity will give the advantage. Tho they could snipe from the windows of the houses aswell. But with a sledge u can just knock out all the floors of all those houses so no-one can get the vantage
