Ways to open wine bottle (V42.7.0)

My character is an alcoholic and is dying for a drink. She found a wine bottle unopened but can't seem to open it! Do I have to find specifically a wine tool to open a corked bottle or are there alternatives?

I'm not sure if this works but did you ever end up trying to do it through the crafting menu instead of a context menu? I guess I don't ever open wine bottles if that doesn't work, because I've never had this issue before sorry.
