Large Double Tall Gates

Ok twice now I've tried since the new update to place a large double tall gate. Full carp skill. Gate never went up, lost all resources and no, no using mods. Anyone else experience this?

I experienced similar problem and someone on an early post suggested building the gate from the opposite side. By other side meaning if you are building from inside the fence/wall, build from the outside. I tired it an it worked. Hopefully will work for you.

Wait what? Not sure what you mean by building a gate on the outside. The gate is a part of the outside. If you mean standing physically on the outside while attempting....that's that happened both times, I was on the outside line of the fencing.

This has happened to me a few times, only with the large double wooden gates. In the end, the only way I got the damn things to build was to go into my save in DeBug mode, enable the Construction Cheat and plop it that way. Was NOT happy to do that, but it got the job done.

Sorry I wasn't too clear. To fix the issue for me, I placed my character on the opposite side of the one that doesn't work. So for example, if your character is standing below the area you are building the gate, move your character above the area you want to build the gate. i did that and the gate showed. Let me see if I can find the thread and will link it.

Tall wooden gates won't show up for me either, and I've tried the "solution"...hoping the devs see this small issue for the next round of fixes!
