Places with no fences will give you more xp to fence in.
Places with built in storage and kitchens will be less work to use.
Places in towns will be more risk to secure and more exciting to keep.
Places in the country will be farther from places to loot but let you live in peace.
Places near water will make getting high calorie fish easier.
Places near forests will get you low calorie forage food easier.
Anyway, my rosewood spawn i take the bus station to the south of town. Muldraugh got some really nice cul de sacs with high wooden fencing and the doctors office. Westpoint I like the three rich houses way out west by the river or the tire shop on the east end of town. Riverside has a nice gated community on the east end of town. Echo creek, OvO farm or meadshire estate. Or the animal research lab if you wanna raise a ton of livestock
