i am i sick or infected ?
i am queasy ,getting stressed , feeling hot , a little uncomfortable . i got no wounds and in the health tab it just say slight damage , HP is full . the hearth symbol is shaking

Yep, that's a wrap. Even a scratch can get you infected if you play by vanilla apocalypse infection settings.

I recommend turning infection to "only bites", or you will lose your character 7% of the time from a simple scratch.

If you have a backup save, reload into that, then copy it to another folder JUST in case.
