But its sometimes buggy (like weight change stop), so i only load it in my save when i need to change something. And after the change i remove it from the save.
IF you are spending a lot of time out of breath, that can also lead to additional tiredness... but not usually that bad. It can also be a combination of factors.
You could down load a mod that adds bars for your stats so you can watch what your stats are doing and why.
I usually do not do anything that should get me out of breath. Just exploring, not carrying overweight. The thing is when i sleep i usualy need to sleep 2x times in a row, because first time i sleep up until I'm drowzy and then wake up automaticaly. Then i wait a bit and sleep again, but then again it wakes up automaticaly idk why.
Im smoked up and everything so i doont have a mental moodle or anything.
(When i was playing in B41 online with friends we ussualy could sleep like how much we want while tracking fatigue with mod u mentioned.)
