K15's mods (all of them work)
Bravens utilities (a lot of his mods are good)
Bandits mod (npcs)
Ammo Maker
Choose your spawn!
Common sense
Condition on Dash
Draw on map
Energy drinks
Any firearm mod or melee mod that's rated highly (look for compatibility issues before using
a bunch of them together)

Thats a lot of the ones i use, you can find a lot of mods i didnt add and customize pretty much every single mod mentioned to your liking

Yes the mod "Sandbox Options [B42] by Zky works completely as of right now, can be enabled and disabled as you wish from the save games mod section, i use this one as i dont like to play in debug and its faster to swap mods on and off than reloading the game in and out of debug

I looked all the time for sandbox settings, server settings, sandbox mode, etc... :steamhappy:
