How to make a Molotov cocktail in build 42? I didn't find any crafting on the list.

It's disabled in the recipes_traps.txt
Probably because the liquid system is buggier than Starship Troopers at the moment.

There's a mod named Simple Molotov you can use in the meantime, but it's also bugged. It has an infinity exploit.

it's called a Fire Bomb now but it requires a recipe magazine. Yes, your Doctor / Mechanic / DIY Expert survivor from 1993 is too dumb to shove a rag into a bottle of bourbon.

thats because Fire Bomb is a bomb, from the engineer bomb list that can interact with much more than just being thrown. So no, not anybody would know how to utilise that.

and the fire bomb's materials are "water bottle + gasoline + rag" and the engineer doesn't know how to make one.
