How to refill propane torch in B42?

i have a propane tank , but havent options to refill.

is it empty? There a know issue with the propane that make it possible to refill.

Guys, found the solution.
You need to find and open this file ProjectZomboid\media\scripts\recipes\recipes_metalWelding.txt

Find this line "item 1 [Base.BlowTorch] mode:destroy flags[NotFull]," and change to "item 1 [Base.BlowTorch] mode:destroy flags[NotFull] itemcount,"

I haven't tried doing the same thing myself, so can't say much.

Maybe it is a bug? Idk.

Refilling empty torches from a tank is bugged in b42, use this mod for now: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3388082481&searchtext=gas+station+propane

Refilling tanks can't be done at all in vanilla, but given that there's a bug that makes them empty themselves when you quit and resume the game, I have been using this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3394378143
