unstable build 42 + sheet rope not working

Hello ! I'm having an issue with getting my sheet rope to work. I have crafted 3 sheet rope i have nails and a hammer and all three are in my inventory. but it wont give me the option to attach sheet rope to the window on the 2nd floor. any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure you don't have any of them favorited.
I think the game has some issue when it comes to crafting and favorited items right now.

i am having the same issue. i have the sheet rope a nail and a hammer. The option womt pop up with window option when i right click. before you as "yes the window is open"

Try clicking around the frame of the window and make sure there is nothing that would block you from climbing the rope down *like a roof*, also try different windows to make sure its not a bug or something

It seems like you need a actual window now. A pure window frame did not work for me. After I installed a window I got a new option for "attach fabric".

I can attach to windows only. For some reason it won't let me attach a rope to any fence.

I found a solution. All you need is a claw hammer, a nail, and 2 sheet ropes for each floor. Before that, I tried to hang the rope with another hammer, but it turns out that our brilliant developer does not believe that a nail can be hammered with any other hammer.
