And besides, it's the best zombie experience you'll have, if you're looking for realism of course, just play on Build 41 for now.
I think asking on a games page with such positive reviews to the most dedicated part of the community may get you biased answers. :P
Best way to find out if the game is for you is to check videos and streams on line (the up to date ones) also check if it's classed as "Project Zomboid" or "Project Zomboid Unstable" and "Project Zomboid Build 42" you will see what the stable version looks like and what might be coming by watching the unstable/Build 42 version.

There are also Much bigger Streamers/Tubers out there, though the difference is that they get paid by ad-sense/promotions and I do not; I show everything the good, the bad and the ugly (if any); that also includes games I QA Test for (that way the dev's stay informed along with the players).
