A lot of code has changed under the hood, so chances are they need to figure out additional things aside from just recomping / uploading within the new folder structure.
I get that but I can see some mods are already updated for B42, are they just doing it preemptively or something?
If you want to switch to it start by opening your Steam library and finding Project Zomboid. Once you’ve located the game, right-click on it to open a menu of options. From this menu, select the 'Properties' option to open the game’s settings window.
Next, navigate to the 'Betas' tab on the left in the properties window. In the dropdown menu under the Betas tab, you’ll find several options, including the 'Unstable' branch. Selecting this option will grant you access to the Build 42 Beta.
I am on the unstable branch already. But I'm just asking if mods are hard disabled, since none of the B42 mods I installed are showing up in game
