Bring back the new loading screens....
The old ones are boring, and the people who worked at the new ones were better. The employees shouldn't have worked for nothing.

To my understanding, having ai artwork with out having disclosed that there will be use of ai artwork or anything ai in the game.. can have ramifications.

But I did enjoy it to, was nice to see something new for once.

You gotta dig the topics all the way back to the unstable release date.
There are some people who pointed out that the zombies have six fingers, blend with the background, and other hallmarks of AI generated image that I can't remember.

No!
*sighs* And the "art" people who probably don't make art came out of the woodwork and screamed and raged and the devs took it out of the game. Look...I get it that the point is we don't want to see major companies replacing artists with AI algorythms, but Indie Stone is a small dev team that paid an artist. IF AI was used in this process, my guess is the artist drew up a concept piece, and had the AI refine it with some iterations until it came out the way he wanted it. If we keep banging on about this, eventually your gonna need to tell the artists to chuck out their art programs, because its taking away from using paintbrushes, or lets chuck away calculators, because we don't need a machine to count for us. Pure AI use can be scummy coming from an EA, or a Ubisoft, but I'm not gonna throw a tantrum because it might have showed up in the splash screen and the loading screens. Long story Short, an artist WAS paid for this to be done, and they brought us some cool looking screens, then the community threw a tantrum about it right when build 42 came out, and the devs removed the new images just to please a bunch of screaming whining babies.

The devs did say they just commissioned the artist that did the other pictures for them years ago and didn't know or ask whether or not the artist used AI.

But let's be honest, the face expression on the guy with the camera and the car were very bizarre, if it weren't for that I wouldn't give a ♥♥♥♥.

This kind of outrage happened when photography became a thing. People thought it would replace traditional artists. Now we have an entire category for photography.

This gotta be the dumbest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ argument in favor of AI have ever seen

at this point and with how long the development has been going on i dont even think we will see a finished work outside of a lazy 1.0 slapon with how the indie stone functions. it shouldnt take multiple years to implement a good majority of these mechanics into a game especially with the art style being what it is. Them using AI art is likely an inside decision because money is drying up
