how to get bones?
I trying to find bone but so far any of the small animals (rats mostly but I just go two chickens) have not dropped anywhen I butchered them any help?

If you cut/carve the heads you'll get chicken skulls and an animal brain.

rabbits drop a skeleton when butchered, from which you can craft bones
chickens didn't drop bones, haven't tried rats. check on the floor where you butchered the animal

at thank. any advice for getting rabbits? I live in the forest with those three lakes near maud

farm north of muldraugh
sometimes there's rabbits running around near the sheep pen, between the fence and the treeline. you can corner them against the fence and club them. or drive them over with a car
or i guess you could butcher the sheep. i've been saving them until my butchering skill i a little higher so i haven't tried yet, but i suppose they should have bones as well
