ONE SINGLE PACK OF CIGARETTES FOUND. And it wasn't even a full pack.

The Dev's do realize this game takes place in the SOUTH, during the 90's, right? like, they understand the setting of their own game? As someone who grew up in the south... in the 90's... I can tell you 90% of people smoked, always had cigarettes on them, and Lighters and matches were not as rare as gold.

All cigarettes have been snatched by players in B41.

During my first playthrough, I couldn’t find a hammer after more than 10 hours. I started another playthrough with the same settings, and suddenly it was hammerland.

The loot pool is diluted by all the new items, but that said. They are not always where you think you will find them, check glove boxs and all car seats. Alcohol shops amd Bars too.

I have a cabinet with about 10 packs of smokes over the course of 3 days.

They switched up where you find them. I find them in car seats or the glove box and in office desks.

Don't search houses for them, search bars. These have some of the highest spawnrates for cigarettes in the game.

Found more than enough for me. However, i do believe that devs want to push us into crafting our own ciggies. Consider that now there are smoking pipes too and ability to grow tobacco.

Yep, there are other options. Also you should check basements, CONTAINERS, ANY CONTAINER!!!!!!
I find cigarettes, in purses, handbages, parcels, garbage bags...Cars!:P

As others have said, most of where I've been finding mine are in cars(glove boxes and now the seats). Purses and handbags have also been pretty good with spawning some as well. Then there's always the tried and true, gas stations.
