I'm waiting for my cows to make more cows, but they don't seem interested in doing the "deed". I'm wondering if they HAVE to be the same breed of cow. They shouldn't, that just doesn't make sense. It may be a different breed, but it's still the same species.
In the coop there's now a tiny chicken running about.
I didn't change anything from the above.
I guess it takes about a month for eggs to hatch.
Lets see how long it takes for it to grow into meat :)
Thank you for the fine suggestion.
I'll put it on my todo list for today :)
It might have been 14 days in my case as well.
I didn't exactly time it.
Seems like I got that wrong earlier, otherwise I'd have more fully grown chickens with the two ingame months that have passed by now.
Since I don't see any changes after all that time I'm left wondering if they grow up at all and queried ChatGPT how it goes for real chickens:
Has anyone made any test runs to check animal growth and if it mirrors real animals?
