Missed opportunity, I agree. That could have been one of the new long blade weapons since there are so few of them.

Maybe if we ask real nice they'll add it in as a weapon type.

Right after they make the crowbar a full blown weapon again.

Yes, amusing we can't just use it straight up (but it would probably pull them towards us), however if you check the crafting you CAN turn it into a polearm type weapon. Which is certainly historical, as scythes were hammered into fauchards.

Don't know if you've noticed, but this game doesn't go into "rule of cool" instead aiming for more real.....ish systems.

my bet is the reason its not usable is that its its own class of weapon.
Its not a long blade.
Or a Spear

Not as bad as you would think. Not ideal at all but not the worst weapon, much better than the violin.

Realistically you could reforge the blade into a war scythe which would be an ideal version.

Agree! Was a little disappointed when I couldn't use it to mow down the undead. Imagine sweeping all the legs and removing them. Ahhh....
