My Major Complaints About Build 42.

Shooting with guns: Its just ass, when I loaded up my first game, I was pretty suprised that I got a firearm, with many magazines, so when I was excited about my new shooty shooty thing, and a new crosshair for aiming, I simply aimed it at a zombie, annnnd missed, over and over, I was able to get some hits, can kill zombies in a shot or two of course which is nice, but thats IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HIT THE ZOMBIE WITH YOUR BULLETS IN THE FIRST PLACE, tried to aim at all directions, I was so close to every zombie I was shooting at, that I was basically having a smooch fest with them, if its just my ass aiming skill, or lvl 0 aiming, who knows?

Muscle Strain: Oh boy do NOT get me started on this one, once again after I loaded into the game, and started going ham on like 2 or 3 zombies, I suddenly saw my guy was in pain? Did I get bitten and not notice? Was it because I accidentally, tripped over something? NOPE, it turns out swinging a metal crowbar around at some rotting meatbags can apparently cause PAIN AROUND MY TWO ENTIRE ARMS, now this is a new level of bs, and the funny thing is, i specifically had the strong trait, so does that not change anything about how long until my arms start to strain?? It might, but who cares though, its annoying af.

Performance: When I loaded into a new world, after becoming a nice supper feast to some zeds, it was hella foggy outside, nothing too bad right?, so when I stepped outside, and zoomed all the way out, LAG, STUPID AMOUNTS OF IT TOO, I had this problem before on my old gaming laptop, but it was a pretty low performance laptop, BUT THE THING IS, i've got a gaming desktop, with 16gb of ram, and a RX 6400 NOW, ANYWAYS, what I was saying, it would lag SUPER BADLY when zooming out, and when the fog cleared, I thought i was good right? but IT LAGGED SUPER BADLY STILL WHEN I ZOOMED OUTAUTU83489UJN N, after I made a new save the problem seemed to have went away, so hooray i guess.

EDIT: its still laggy as hell when i zoom out.

Vehicles: This is weirdest part, the entire time i've been playing b42, i've always been playing apocalypse and survivor mode, so i was playing the game normally, no mods, no change TO ANYTHING AT ALL, note that down, anyways, so why in the HELL, is every car I find EMPTY, like DRIED UP, no gasoline at all for some reason, and every single car i've had COMPLETELY NO GAS, and another note, DONT USE THE STATION WAGON FOR HOLDING YOUR STUFF, THE TRUNK CAPACITY IS 15, EVEN THE SEATS IN MY CAR HAVE MORE STORATGE,FE,RFIREJIRETN

My thoughts: the new difficulty added to the game is a pretty nice addition, it reminds you that you were always just a normal person thrown into the chaos and trying to find your way to survive, and not some guy who can clear out rosewood with 328754 wooden spears and 872734 molotovs, it really puts you in your place.

Anyways, i'm glad this is just the unstable version, and not the fully released one, because the PZ fanbase would've had pitchforks, and torches outside the Indie Stone Hq rn. (THIS LAST PART IS A JOKE)

oh uh i kinda meant that if this was the fully released version of the game , then the pz community and stuff would be mad

Brother, just because you dislike some changes doesn't mean that an entire fanbase is going to also dislike them. The fact you think the fanbase is going to be up in flames over something you dislike is wild.

muscle strain is ok, read the skill descriptions carefully. with more weapon skill you get less exhausted. weapons breaking a bit fast for my taste in the beginning but i guess later in game you just craft new ones so it makes sense somehow for the late game. only unfun thing so far for me is micro stutters here and there randomly.
