Boxed Garbage Bags, anyone?
While we're taking a gander at the new build, is there any chance some of the little things can be attended to, like finding whole bags of garbage bags? I don't think they even spawn now even in pristine janitorial rooms.

Found an entire box of garbage bags in a home utility room. And you can take them out one at a time.
