Build 42 Multiplayer
Do you know if multiplayer will be enabled? It still doesn't appear on the menu

not for a long while. it took over a year for build 41 to get multiplayer.

Just for reference, it was over two full years between B41 going into unstable and B41 having multiplayer. IWBUMS Build 41.12 released October 16th 2019 without multiplayer, then Beta Build 41.60 finally added it back in on December 13th 2021.

Don't expect B42 multiplayer any time soon.

what does it mean by multiplayer disabled? You can still play multiplayer? at least as far as I know, we've been able to make servers and play on them.

I know that Multiplayer will probably take a while, but I wanted to know if there is any way to play with my friends, supporting a server on my PC or something like that.

they will have a multiplayer patch done by tomorrow night, according to a dev post in the paid discord

Just someone trolling. None of that is true. There's no "paid Discord", either. MP will be re-introduced at some point during unstable.

well, tbh I think the b42 will have it sooner than we expected ! b41 took a lot of time because b41 was very big... The b42 is pretty much the b41's base, with some stuff refunded and other stuff simply added... I personally expect the b42 stable reaching us in less than a year... I also wish so x).
