Is the game lagging for anyone else?

I have a beastly PC, it could run B41 at something like 300 - 500 fps. The new B42 sits around 40-60 with spikes... Maybe it is because its AMD hardware or something?

I'm also experiencing some lag. Mainly when zooming in and out or peering into the distance. Also some random lag spikes when being chased by zombies. Never had a problem with lag on B41.

This is concerning. I hope this new rendering tech didnt cause the game to become way less performant...

having them too on a NVIDIA card with Intel Processor so not an AMD issue as such, not sure yet why just played a bit guess its bloom and lighting messing with the driver or some feature of it...

stutters for me aswell after some time playing and its frustrating since you can die that way while in combat. feels clunky at times.

Can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?
You can use any file-sharing website of your choice or a temporary one like filetransfer.io for example.

Try disabling texture compression and having the default textures, it worked for me

It is just a download link to your logs, this is standard practice.
