If you know how to set up a server (or private hosted game) with your servertest.ini file you just have to copy the Mods = , WorkshopID= and Maps= information from this Google sheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TfMDPRNhvnG6qbdoUO4VFYnN2O6nWXHgAZXVhUp5p7w/edit?gid=1399890232#gid=1399890232
In the second tab there you find all the information for Mod, WorkshopID and Map you have to add to your .ini file.
After this you have a huge map and everything is working perfect. Me and my friends are playing on our own server with these maps and its great.
You can find a image of the map here (download it for better zooming):

If you want to set up a dedicated server I strongly recommend "Indifferent Broccoli". These maps consume a lot of RAM and CPU and their servers aren't capped by this only by playerslots.
