Were can I find it its the correct season for my crops
Hi all, my crops keep dying I'm not sure why, I have come across a farming pack of books and reading them allows me to see the growing season for most of my crops. But I dont know were I can see this information in game. Does anyone know were this is located? I figured hovering over the seed but it doesnt give me any information. Any help please. Thank you :)

Its in your character info tab. Pretty sure its on the first part of that which shows your perks etc although would have to load the game to double check. Theres a button there called "learned materials" (or something like that anyway :)

Don't quote me on this but I've heard farming as it is now is essentially busted. Even with the right seasons crops seem to just instantly die for no reason, based on what I've been reading in multiple other posts. Normally I rant about mods being the cause of problems but apparently there's a mod out there to fix farming so good luck :)
Don't you only have to read the packet to get the growing info?

Theres magazines as well (for example the wonderfully named "Thyme Time") but all the growing seasons you have learned are accessible in your character info tab so you can refer back to them when you need to. And yeah, as you said reading the seed packet provides the info for that crop (sorry, missed the part where the OP didnt know that).

Yes, there are still some problems with the seasons themselves apparently.
It's best if you just turn off the seasons right now.
Ah not my imagination then, I would have felt bad if I gave incorrect information. Thanks for clarifying.

Even in the debug menu seasons are all over the place. Carrots for example show best month in July right when the game is started, but in the game infor July is not the best month its March or April I think.

When you play with seasons avoid planting even in poor months. The crops will most likely die that way
