Build 42 - Rain Catcher Recipe [How to Get]

I've been playing in B42 for a while now, and got far enough to watch the water and electricity shut off in my world. But I've run into the problem of not being able to create a water catcher of any kind. I pressed 'B' to open the crafting menu to look, but I don't have the recipe. Do you need a pamphlet or book or something now to learn the recipe?

There are two menus if you look in the top left area. One for crafting things in your hands and one for building things in the world.

yeah. the crafting system UI is defintely worse than before, even though it's more 'ordered'.
took me awhile to find it.

you need carpentry 3, and click the 'building' tab, not the 'crafting' tab. but they are right on top of each other. the water collector is under 'outdoors' or possibley'survival' sub tabs.

also, if you use the search like I do for everything, search for "barrel".
