Adhesive bandages vs Bandages: which do you prefer?
I've recently become somewhat of a believer towards adhesive bandages. They're half the weight of regular bandages, and I don't have to clean or drop the dirty ones, because they self-delete on removal, which helps reduce clicking tedium. They're just not able to be sterilized, and have a weaker healing factor.

What do you think? Are adhesive bandages convenient enough to make up for their drawbacks, or are regular bandages going to remain your go-to for any and all injuries?

They fit in a fanny pack, which is already limited to emergency items that I don't want to drop under any circumstances. 3 bandages are good enough.

regular are my go to. kinda hard to wrap my brain around why adhesives exist. .05 to .1 weight isn't my deal breaker. 1.5 healing to 4 healing kinda is. less than half. a min maxer wouldn't even blink in the choice

fast healer and slow healer traits are worth discussing too i guess. wether you have one or the other or neither

Sterilizing just saves a step and infection only matters in terms of a little extra pain. No other difference including healing rate. Bandages last longer. Adhesive can be slapped on very quickly so it's critical to have at least one for neck injuries. I typically carry one normal and two adhesive.

lol. Not if you were too much of a stud to carry an adhesive bandage and you got a neck laceration, you're not.

You need to work on your reading comprehension, friend. I clearly ended the thread. I even marked his answer as the definitively correct one. Is this your first time on a forum?

I joke, of course.
Depends on the character. My tougher character who starts off strong isn't bothered by the extra weight of carrying normal bandages. And takes normal ones.

My weaker character that starts off with zero strength and only 6 carry capacity... That one can barely hold a weapon without being over encumbered. So that 0.5 extra weight matters, a lot. That character takes adhesive and saves the good bandages for healing at home.

it's worth noting that bandage power has no impact on how fast the wound heals, only on how fast the bandage gets dirty
