Personally can't stand my mates running around hotwiring everything they come across, even when there's a key. The success of hotwiring a car is directly related to the condition of the battery and engine, where the chance of a kickstart increases the more dilapidated these parts are. It's really discouraging being the mechanic of a group that can't wait five minutes to find a key for even a Dash, because it puts me in the situation of "Do I do nothing, knowing that they'll eventually wreck the engine and complain? Or do I fix up the car properly, and listen to them complain about how it takes forever to start the car?"
That said: I picked up Construction Worker when I learned about the muscle fatigue system, but after a hundred or so hours I don't really feel like muscle fatigue does much to slow down combat any. Especially when fighting near fences. I wanted to do another run with DIY Expert for the kickstart into Maintenance since it was so important for crafting, but with TIS addressing Maintenance gains and adding Maintenance to a lot of classes, I feel like DIY Expert isn't quite as useful anymore; I'd rather pick Carpenter again like I did so often in B41.
I might pick up Lumberjack and give it a shot in B42 when it has a lot more updates and the maintenance system for weapons is properly balanced and tweaked. Seems like it would be a pretty OP profession with paired with Brawler; the new heat map for zombies means killing them fast is more important than ever.
Now i like park ranger as i focus more on a nature to try out new stuff and moving 30% faster thru trees helps to break vision on maximum zombie population quite well since theres always some nearby horde to chase me.
