B42 Double wooden gate not building, after most recent patch.

so first off i have level 10 carpentry in my game and have built the double wooden gate many times. but today after the most recent patch for B42 every time i have tried to build the wooden double gate it will start building, go through the entire timed action. and then at the very end instead of the gate showing up, the game takes the resources and then nothing happens. you just lose the 8 planks, 8 nails, 4 door hinges, and 2 door knobs. i have tried to build this gate 4 times in various locations, even dismantling items around it. clearing the ground. and whatnot. but the result is always the same. you lose the resources, and you get no gate.

has anyone else had an issue like this?

I've just come across this issue now. Tried on 4 separate occasions and it's only built once

Yeah, this seems to be a bug. You can still build one if you use the build cheat feature in debug mode though.

building and crafting is buggy atm
i could not craft a rain collector made with garbage bags, but i could build the one with tarp

I did manage to find that if i tried building it from the south side where the gates opened to it didn't work but when i built it from the north it worked the two times i tried. Can anyone else try testing this as well

can confirm tried building from the top / north side of the gate and it worked first try. and im pretty certain all the previous attempts that failed i attempted to build it from the bottom / south side of the gate. very interesting

Go to your Steam library, right click on PZ, go to properties.
On the launch option, type -debug
Run the game.
Then once you load a game, you'll see an extra button on the left side.
Click on it, and one of them is the cheat menu.
Enable build cheat option.
Then you can craft anything you want, including the broken double wooden gate.

I'm having the exact same issue except its the chicken coop instead. Built 5 times with varying spots and clearing the area etc. but just takes resources and still no coop

I had this issues also with Tall double wire fech gate, i tried build it looking to the west 3-4 times and it would take the mats and not build, but after reading this thread i tried looking east and it build first try
