I have been all overlooking for one what did they change the drop rate of them to?

They seem to drop in more logical places now. Will be a lot of zombies carrying small school rucksacks near to schools, ones with hiking bags near to campsites and so on.

Duffle bags you can find in ambulances, i found military pacl on survivior/bandit zombie when exploring echo. I turn my bags on insane rarity and i still find them on zombies mainly just keep eye out for the hiking bag ones always a glorious treat

Oo yah and school bags you can find on zombies near schools

In my last run I ended up with like 12 duffel bags, 4 school back packs over 2.5months . Finally found 1 big hiking back pack off a survivor zombie before I died.

I'd suggest checking camping stores/camp sites or any army barracks/surplus store for a backpack.
