For weapon, Vanilla Firearms Expansion is probably the closest to the theme.
There are plenty of map mods that add a few buildings to preexisting towns, or add small hamlets somewhere around the map. You might want to look and pick one yourself. For bigger map expansion, Raven Creek is probably fan favorite. Though I personally like Eerie Country.
For new vehicles, Filibuster Rhyme's Used Cars and Autotsar's Bus are my personal favorites.
There's also small qol mods that I always recommend for b41: Better Sorting, Fuel Side Indicator, and Tidy-up Meister.

For the most part it fits in Vanilla style, except for mods like Brita's, the Ki5 Vehicles, and maybe the Vaccine ReMod (and some of the map mods). But at the same time, those vastly expand and enhance the Zomboid experience, so I would recommend them.

I gave all of them a try, some don't fit my taste but still great regardless.
