Is it possible to setup a Linux server that uses steam workshop mods?

Playing with 6+ friends and currently they can only play on the server when im home or risk bad things happening when im the only one on with god mode standing in a corner. I have a beefy dedicated server but i started the map with QOL mods like eris minimap, More traits ect. I want to get the server running but im not sure how to get the mods working on the server since there isnt a button in a command line that lets me install select mods and enable them on the server lol. Some insight on how to achieve this would be great

Yes you can, simply edit the server settings and add the necessary mod info in the Mods and Workshop lines, you can see the IDs for it at the bottom of the description of each mod on the workshop.
