Minimap
Ive closed the minimap and cant find a way to pull it back up without restarting the game, any help?

Hover over the map icon, a minimap icon should appear on its right to open it again.

It's on the left side, same where the other icons are (Health, Crafting, Foraging, etc)

Yes but there is no icon and clicking it just opens the map. I was on a MP server with no mods.
A hotkey would be nice.

Minimap must be enabled. It was added in build 41. It was off by default for me.

Manage Server Settings -> Edit Selected Settings > In-Game Map > Allow Mini-Map.

Don't wanna do a necro post here but i enabled the minimap in my server settings
and it was available , suddenly it's gone ..any ideas ?

I dis- and enabled it again but it didnt help.
It shows the icon but if i click it it's not showing up.

Most likely, you accidentally pulled the minimap window out of the screen. in the settings, make the resolution 640x480 and drag the map to the center, then return to the previous resolution.

or you can delete the file "layout.ini" in the path: C:\Users\*user name*\Zomboid\Lua . In this case, all windows will be reset to default.
