What about lacerations on the neck? They bleed like crazy and the bandage has to be changed twice a day. My friends health bars lose a chunk every time I have to change one of those. Can't you stitch those?
Nope, can't suture it. Only can suture deep wounds. As was said before, all you can do for it is keep it clean and sterilized, keep changing and cleaning the bandages, and stay at home. If ANY zombie blood gets in it you'll probably die from infection, and it already has a baseline infection chance of 25% (which is why you have to keep it sterile and clean).
IRL deep lacerations (cuts that go through the fat layers and muscle) can be stitched or sutured, so it's very common for people to make this mistake in game. (Just a note, any cut IRL that punctures through the layers of skin is considered a laceration, even a deep papercut).

Also yes, in one month. Just get a needle and thread and stitch it.
Also also, impressive necromancy.
