Bite healing mod
Is there a mod that lets you heal from bites. I have no problem with using a mod like that, I dont like the idea of respawning and picking my things up.

Easier to just turn off infections.

True. Just turn off zombie infection. But if you'd still rather have it on you could always use the skill journal mod. You just gotta get it back and read it to get your skills back.

I dont play without this mod anymore, highly recommend it. you could still die from the zombie infection but since i have started using this mod, i havent lost a character to the infection yet.

Bites do have a timer and heal after a few months, unless we’re talking the scars that sometimes show up?
Nah I'd rather just be able to somehow cure the bite while I learn the game. I'm the type of person to completely restart, I dont see the point in picking your stuff up

I’m sandbox mode, it’s called “saliva transmission” or something like that I think.

Which means you do not get turned from bites. Bites still take insanely long to heal up, so keep bandages, preferably sterile ones, on you and change them when they get dirty. Be quick though, bites bleed like mad. So you do not actually need a mod as far as I know, just time to heal properly.

Not true, started a server on deafault settings with my friends, and even if a bite or any injury from zombies healed completeley, after some time you'll get queasy, and then worse symptoms will show, until you just begin losing health and die from the zombie virus, for us it took a few days in game, but it takes longer if you get injured from zombies less often, the wiki also says that bites and deep lacerations from zombies are 100% fatal sooner or later.

There is a mod called 'They Knew" that adds in an ampoule you can find on a government agent in a hazmat suit that will cure a bite.

It's not clear to me if he means he wants to never be infected, or he wants the actual physical "bite" injury to heal. It does heal already, just slowly. And if he never wants to die from anything it sorta defeats the purpose of the game but that's cool too I guess...

you need Tread's Character Edit Tools", turn on the cheat for healing "full body heal"
Sometimes people just want to be able to play a little carelessly , without trashing their character.
