i accidentally pressed a button, now my char just walks fast instead of runs, help!

Hi as the title says, i must've pressed a button i didn't intend to and now whenever i try to run or jog my character instead just walks very fast, does anyone know the button to toggle it back to actually running?

are you sure you aren't heavily encumbered?

yes im not encumbered, i pressed a random button that i didn't realize at the time.

Its fine now, i clicked on the little clock on the top right next to the ff buttons and it fixed the problem, either that or it was bugged.

The clock buttons should only speed up time, not slow down. Clock icon being normal time I think.

Sometimes when it is really cold you will receive a speed debuff and no sprinting.

yea i dont know, i just got the game about a week ago so im still kind of learning the little details, all i know is, i clicked on that tiny clock icon and suddenly im running normal speed again, like i said, may be a glitch.
