cant heal

i have tried to "right click to show treatment options" but it just doesn't work. my right click button works for everything else. i also checked the key bindings but cant find anything.

Normally, you right click the wounded bar/section on the health menu, then a context menu shows up to do said actions if you have the right medicine.

You can also try right clicking on the health tool (bandage) directly, like on a bandage to heal from there.

If you have mods installed they can affect the healing process but most likely an bug with the context menu.

If you have no options to heal, you might be taking internal damage.
You can take damage from exposure, or if you're infected. You could be sick as well, you can only heal that with time and rest.

If your health stops at a certain point and won't go up any more, you're most likely infected with the Z.

if you are infected there are NO heal options & you can remove all bandages....
All illness is clear.....

you can guarantee one thing..... ur gonna die, best use the time to just go mad take massive risks, stock pile ♥♥♥♥ & make sure u are carrying nothing when you die.
