Having an issue when attempting to host a modded server

When attempting to launch the server it stays stuck at the initializing part. Checking the logs it just repeats on end over and over download pending. I have all of the mods already properly installed and setup. they are in the InI as well. Unsure where to go from here. andy help would be much appreciated

Go to your main ProjectZomboid folder, delete the steamapps folder there. Then start the server again. Do not cancel the initialization after that.

Ill have to reinstall correct? also im guessing not while the game is running correct? lmaooo

Also under the user file? or the Local file?

Your main ProjectZomboid folder. I am not sure what other files you are referring to.
