Can someone tell me the x y z of the well or a nearby location of where it may be?

There are only two wells I know of and both of them are marked on the map LGL Death gave the link to. One is by a woods cabin and another is by a farm, both isolated and quite far from town. Not sure which way is "north" on that map, but they are basically up above Muldraugh. Good luck.

well it doesn't seem to save the location of the map any more. so the coords to the farm is 8600x8825.
