How do I cure nervous wreck??

My character has obtained nervous wreck. and I would like to know how to cure it,

Really? that sounds cool if it was real but i doubt being nervous is the same as being in a "beserk mode"

It's not.

Being a nervous wreck is a negative moodle. It means your character is nervous because of zombies or chance of being infected.

Panic is a negative moodle. But it's also easily gotten rid of.

I can't really say the advice to kill zombies is bad advice. It may be a negative moodie, but I was able to get rid of it by killing some zombies. Distance was doing nothing for me, but every couple of kills it downgraded. Are we sure that your handling of zombies is not helping you cope with the situation? Like when Rick realizes that managing zombies is possible when you're organized.

Theres also pills. Lots and lots of pills... Just check zombies you kill and the bathroom medicine cabinets.

first of all you need to make you character sick (queasy moodle, then nauseos and so on)
to achieve this you have many ways : eating rotten food , having hypocondriac perk and being scratched , being bitten or scratched in a scenario without infection spread , etc

second you must cure yourself : when you are sick , you will have pain moodle and sick moodle (advanced queasy moodle) that will heavily reduce your strenght and healing ratio . whit these moodles the"berserk mode" as i call it , is negatively effected and not properly working

lastly to boost up the berserk mode (nervous wreck is the most powerful , but any nerv moodle give you some berserk power) you must heal up yourself : keep yourself hydratated and well fed , and when you have the "fever" moodle eat till you are well fed or very well fed , and then go to sleep .

if you are not dead the morning after , you will have the nervous wreck moodle alone (mbe with some mild pain moodle , cure that to have best effect on berserk) and thats the berserk mode : you are literally without control , you are crazy , your nevrotic behavior make you a killing machine giving you superhuman strenght for few moments (just like ppl lift up cars or run like oimpionic when desperate and nevrotic)

This sounds more like an exploit than an intended feature and one that should be reported and fixed.

It seems to me that once you hit nervous wreck beta blockers no longer work. Cigs are the only thing I've been able to use to get rid of nervous wreck.

I have been playing this game for a long time, far longer because I had it before steam and it would not track using steam after.

Nervous wreck is not a breserk mode. Stop suckering people into that.

I've played 120 hours of this game and I can confirm there is no such thing as berserk mode in this game. The only positive buff you recieve in this game is the different levels of "Well Fed" .
