Anxiety
What helps with the in game anxiety? Thanks all

One book by itself is worth -40 points of anxiety so I stockpile on these things and that can last you for a long while by reading just one.

Listening to radio also cuts down on that and the stress and boredom. Although the news channels will go out there are other (hidden) frequencies you can listen to.

Sometimes I like having the Automated Emergency Broadcast system as back-ground noise besides using it for info.
