Zombie Model Replacer (mod?)

Are you aware of any mods which replace zombies with something else (not other bloodier/less bloody zombies)?

I mean anything else. Literally have a friend who is specifically zombie-phobic, had a discussion about it. Blood/gore is fine. Vampires fine. Aliens fine. Terminators also fine. Orks, Elves, Gangers, Demons, rednecks, if you name something that's not a zombie, all is well. Heck, clowns would actually be awesome, but I digress.

Aware of anything like this? Client side only would be ideal, since the rest of us are just fine with zombies.

I don't get it either, but working on solving the problem.

Several mods to add npc survivors. Both good and bad guys and gangs. Also special events and more that spawn more than zomboid zombies.

Pet mods. Eg: Dogs and cats.

There is also anthropomorphic mods that alters both your character and the zombies. Animal like head, tail, paws, fur/sxales but human type body.

Some events add special helicopter events.

Some kind of robot/AI apocalypse survival would be cool. Someone get on that.

yes theres plenty zombie replacer mod on workshop and i don't think zomboid have client side only mod

I am quite familiar with the workshop, we usually run with a touch over 100 mods, but I've never run across one that specifically replaces the zombie models with anything else.

just force them to play the game as is because then they'll be scared ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and that is the authentic zomboid experience

To the OP there's a couple of mods out there for this just gotta search.

I prefer zombie-phobic because... exactly how many people know the term Kinemortophobia? Most of those terms are for psychologists to communicate with each other and not normal folks. But thanks for fighting ignorance, a noble action!

Was more just because people tend to blow off a lot of phobias as if they don't exist, but I'll agree that zombie-phobic is a much less odd word, lol.
