The devs nailed the jumpscare sound

After playing on a few servers that replace a lot of the sounds it made me appreciate how much thought into the sound design was put in. The sound replacement mods are so awful imo. The jumpscare sounds are so generic, the zombie sounds are annoying, some of the gun sounds straight up suck.

The base game sounds actually scare me and send chills down my spine. Huge props to the dev team!

the jumpscare sound replacement mods make it scarier, the vine boom one makes me piss myself combined with the paranoid trait (its a mod trait i believe) you just get constant vine booms (kinda funny mostly annoying)

The MGS Alert sound is still the best, but yeah, the sound design of this game is top notch.
