alternate launch
What is the alternate launch ??

With the steam client open and launching project Zomboid from there by clicking play - a dialogue should pop up with two options with both clearly indicating which is which.

LOL, no it doesn't. All the alternate says is that it may work if the other fails. It doesn't 'clearly' state what it is at all.

The alternate launch just uses the .bat file to launch the game instead of an .exe
This is due to some PCs blocking the .exe launch for some reason, the alternate launch will fix that for them. Otherwise there is no difference between the launches.
