finding paper clips in offices

it seems to me that give the importance of paper clips for fishing, they should be found more often in office style rooms. ive found a few in random room around houses, but in a similar maner to which nails are more likely to be found in a warehouse, paper clips should be more likely found in a place where office supplies are abundant.

Really? I thought they were already common loot in offices. I feel like I find tons of paper clips within office desks.

I never tried to fish so I didn't know they were useful or neccesary for fishing, thanks!

Well they aren't entirely necessary, using nails works too. Basically when one loses the line to their rod they can make a new one with twine and a paper clip or nail for a hook. It's just more optimal to use paper clips. But honestly if you find a box of paper clips you'll probably never need more after that.

Thank you sir! I just tossed paper clips or ignored them. I will find this very usefull if I start in westpoint.

yeah they are better for phishing than nail because nails are so needed for carpentry. but yeah a box o clips should last for a looong time. i guess its just that i have been ironically unlucky. i have only found 3 pclips so far! O-o
